This Clarification Text has been prepared by Akc Mobilya Orman Ürünleri Turizm İnşaat İthalat İhracat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, as the data controller, within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in the Fulfillment of the Lighting Obligation with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected by the company; Your personal data can be processed within the personal data processing conditions for the purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the VERBIS system where our company is registered.

  1. To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred And For What Purposes

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions or organizations within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Article 8 of the Law in order to legally protect the rights of the Company, fulfill its legal obligations and achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

  1. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Our company processes the personal data of our customers, job applicants and online visitors who contact us for applications, suggestions and complaints made via our social media accounts, website and info mail regarding the services and products offered by our company.

Your personal data, in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, “clearly stipulated in the law” and “It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” or "obligatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” can be processed based on legal reasons.

  1. Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Law, the obligation of data controllers to keep personal data accurate and up-to-date; The Relevant Person accepts and declares that the personal data they share with our company are correct and that they will be updated in case of changes. The person concerned declares that he/she accepts to be contacted by our company periodically in order to ensure that his/her data is accurate and if necessary up-to-date.

  1. Storage Period and Disposal

Personal data processed within this scope are stored for 10 years in accordance with the relevant legislation, and if one of the parties does not file a lawsuit within this 10-year period, they are destroyed in the first periodical destruction period following the expiry of 10 years.

7. Your Rights Enumerated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

As the Company, we will finalize your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company.

In this context, you have the following rights as the person concerned;

  1. a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  2. b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  3. c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  4. d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  1. e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  2. f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  3. g) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  4. h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  5. i)Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
